I had an absolutely!!!! wonderful experience with Ready Stays furnished housing. I experienced extensive damage to my home due to water damage and had to move out of my home for six months and Ready Stays became my "knight in shining armour". They provided me with a beautiful home completely furnished which certainly helped to relieve the immense amount of stress I was under. Everyone on the staff was so kind and accomodating from day one. I received many calls, texts, and emails throughout the entire six months making sure that all of my needs were met. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Tyler and his team went the extra mile to make this a wonderful experience. The apartment was quite spacious, well furnished, clean and quiet. The private underground tenant parking provided together with secure access to the property made us feel safe.The amenities included a large beautiful swimming pool overlooking the bay, private lounge area for several people to chill and relax, new laundry facilities. The location is very close to several of the best restaurants and shopping is just a few minutes drive away. Looking forward to our next stay.

We are a family of three and we just finished a wonderful 8 month stay in a Ready Stays furnished apartment in Brookview (Citrus Park)To give a little background - we moved in August 2023 from India (relocated for work) and went straight from the airport to the apartment that we had leased remotely.It was one of the best decisions we made to start our stay in Tampa in a Ready Stays furnished apartment. I highly recommend Ready Stays. Tyler Graves who helped us secure the apartment at Grady Square was extremely helpful and professional. The Grady Square Apartments are a fantastic complex: We had three people working in a 3 bedroom apartment and there was more than enough space. The terraces was an unexpeted bonus.Another bonus was the Conference Room and business center that included a printer, copier and scanner. Other amenities the building offered were fantastic: pool and hot tub, a very nice gym and free coffee. The staff took phenomenal care of the building, cleaning it thoroughly daily.I look forward to returning in the future.

I needed a place to live short - term and furnished and Ready Stays was there like champs. Other corporate-type housing was expensive and terms weren't as flexible. Stayed 3 mo at Novus Westshore. Tyler and Amber were great. Very responsive. Fixed the invoices to meet specs demanded by my employer. Reimbursed me quickly when my car was towed by accident. Quick to provide passwords when streaming apps locked. Also sent maintenance next day to provide pest traps out when I saw a roach. Didn't spot another bug the rest of my stay. Property was clean nice furnishings. 5min from Airport, International Mall. Tons of dining options 10 min or less. If you bicycle, 10 min ride to Cypress Point, where you can hop on Causeway Trail.

After an exhaustive search I found Ready Stays and communication with Tyler Graves from the very first phone call was top rate! I rented for 6-months and had a great top floor furnished apartment overlooking a lovely pond. Requests for maintenance were answered within a day (Dani is amazing!) and emails were answered within a day. Although there were some hiccups with pet fees, erroneous notice to vacate (from the apartment complex, not Ready Stays), and minor issues with downstairs neighbor - issues were always taken care of immediately. My apartment was furnished with everything one would need and made this transition to Florida a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Ready Stays to anyone needing a temporary home away from home.

We had an excellent staying experience at one of the furnished apartments provided by Ready Stays. The initial call to the signing of the contract was a very easy process, expertly guided by Tyler. Any issues during our stay was efficiently dealt with by Dani and Cherry (with some help coming in on late evenings; on weekends). The Ready Stays team is also very flexible and accommodating, making it easier to modify/extend your stays to suit your needs. We will definitely be a repeat clients, in the near future.

As opposed to being a stressful event, Tyler Graves and the staff at Ready Stays were able to find us the perfect apartment in the perfect location in spite of the current hot rental market in Florida. I had a wonderful stay at Seazen in Tampa, thanks to Tyler and his team...the apartment is beautiful and fully equipped, especially for remote workers like myself. Easy check-in/out, very clean space, has everything you need. Prompt responses from management. Pricey but it’s a great location with updated kitchen/furnishings/spaces. Definitely high end. Big walk in closet too.

Totally 10/10 check on, stay and check out experience. I wish all business owners run their businesses same way as Tyler does. Great apartment, suitable payment method. We had tv stoped worked and we got substation in 48 hours. Next time I’m in Florida I’ll be renting apartment with Ready Stays.

Ready Stays is incredible-I would highly recommend working with them if you are looking for furnished housing.From the time we inquired about an apartment to the day we moved out,Tyler and his team were so helpful when it came to finding the right apartment and making move-in day seamless. The apartment was spotless and came with everything we needed for our 2 month stay. I have nothing but great things to say about this establishment. I transitioned from MD to FL and needed a temporary place to accommodate my needs while home was being built. The apartment was very clean, had all the essential needs and staff was very professional. Any minor issues, was accommodated immediately. This location is prime, next to all the stores and entertainment. The host is stellar when it comes to customer service. The quality of the building is new and tons of amenities. Very quiet and ideal for working remote or for short term stays. The gym is pro level. A go to spot anytime I’m in Tampa.
