We are a family of three and we just finished a wonderful 8 month stay in a Ready Stays furnished apartment in Brookview (Citrus Park)To give a little background - we moved in August 2023 from India (relocated for work) and went straight from the airport to the apartment that we had leased remotely.It was one of the best decisions we made to start our stay in Tampa in a Ready Stays furnished apartment. From the ease of working with Tyler to set up the lease - to the thoughtful touches like leaving essential cleaning supplies so that we would not have any issues in our first days here while we stocked up - everything about the experience was exceptional. I would HIGHLY recommend that folks moving into Tampa especially from overseas consider a Ready Stays furnished apartment to get started.Throughout our stay all service requests were attended to in a timely manner and the customer service was always first class.Thank you Ready Stays for ensuring that our stay in Tampa got off to such a wonderful start.

I highly recommend Ready Stays. Tyler Graves who helped us secure the apartment at Grady Square was extremely helpful and professional. The Grady Square Apartments are a fantastic complex: We had three people working in a 3 bedroom apartment and there was more than enough space. The terraces was an unexpeted bonus.Another bonus was the Conference Room and business center that included a printer, copier and scanner. Other amenities the building offered were fantastic: pool and hot tub, a very nice gym and free coffee. The staff took phenomenal care of the building, cleaning it thoroughly daily.I look forward to returning in the future.

I had the opportunity to stay at one of Ready Stays furnished apartments this summer for my internship. I was impressed from the moment I started speaking with the team on relocating to Tampa, everyone was so helpful in guiding me in the right direction to find me the perfect location and place to stay. I did not visit Tampa or the complex prior to moving there, and the team eased all my concerns.The complex I was able to stay in had every amenity possible, and the Ready Stays team made sure to find me a place I was looking for that offered everything I needed/wanted. The check-in and out process was effortless and organized. I needed a place to live short - term and furnished and Ready Stays was there like champs. Other corporate-type housing was expensive and terms weren't as flexible. I was able to get a fully furnished, all utilities covered apartment and easy and friendly people to deal with. I would recommend and stay again for sure.

Stayed 3 mo at Novus Westshore. Tyler and Amber were great. Very responsive. Fixed the invoices to meet specs demanded by my employer. Reimbursed me quickly when my car was towed by accident. Quick to provide passwords when streaming apps locked. Also sent maintenance next day to provide pest traps out when I saw a roach. Didn't spot another bug the rest of my stay. Property was clean nice furnishings. 5min from Airport, International Mall. Tons of dining options 10 min or less. If you bicycle, 10 min ride to Cypress Point, where you can hop on Causeway Trail.

Ready Stays has been amazing!!We have been clients for a few years and they never disappoint. Every apartment or town house has been spacious, tastefully decorated and well appointed. The location and amenities are always wonderful as well.Ready Stays always has someone to contact even on the weekends or after hours which is also very nice.Now they make arrangements out of state now which has been so helpful to us!! After an exhaustive search I found Ready Stays and communication with Tyler Graves from the very first phone call was top rate! I rented for 6-months and had a great top floor furnished apartment overlooking a lovely pond. Requests for maintenance were answered within a day (Dani is amazing!) and emails were answered within a day. Although there were some hiccups with pet fees, erroneous notice to vacate (from the apartment complex, not Ready Stays), and minor issues with downstairs neighbor - issues were always taken care of immediately. My apartment was furnished with everything one would need and made this transition to Florida a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Ready Stays to anyone needing a temporary home away from home.

We had an excellent staying experience at one of the furnished apartments provided by Ready Stays. The initial call to the signing of the contract was a very easy process, expertly guided by Tyler. Any issues during our stay was efficiently dealt with by Dani and Cherry (with some help coming in on late evenings; on weekends). The Ready Stays team is also very flexible and accommodating, making it easier to modify/extend your stays to suit your needs. We will definitely be a repeat clients, in the near future.

My wife is a travel nurse and we used Ready Stays for 6 months during our time in Tampa. We had a great experience with this company and communicated with the owner frequently throughout our stay whenever we needed anything minor addressed. We had a fully furnished apartment with sheets, pillows, comforters, towels, fully equipped kitchen, even starter supplies. Beds were very comfortable. The apartment was very clean and modern and safe. Excellent location and close to everything. We truly enjoyed the luxury amenities. All at a reasonable price. This location is prime, next to all the stores and entertainment. The host is stellar when it comes to customer service. The quality of the building is new and tons of amenities. Needed a short term stay in Tampa and Ready Stays found the perfect place. Seazen is a beautiful complex with great amenities! The apartment itself was beautifully furnished! Tyler and his team made sure my stay was perfect!! Would highly recommend Ready Stays!

We have stayed at the Trysail Circle apt. for 2 months. The apartment was clean, fully furnished and is located with a view of the water. The amenities in the area are first class, as was the service we received from the Ready Stays staff. Would definitely stay again.

Needed to find last minute housing for clients in the area. Tyler and his team went above and beyond; offering us fast and reliable accommodations. The apt was clean, well furnished and in a great area. We would 100% recommend Ready Stays to anybody moving to the area. Will definitely be working with them again.

My family and I needed to find furnished housing while we were building our home. Tyler and Cherry were amazing to deal with - responsive at every turn and made the entire process easy for us. We brought our suitcases and that was it! They were flexible and accommodating. It was a great experience - much better than an AirBnB!
